We will contact you to select the car you want, then you will be able to complete your lease application with: ID, proof of income and address, Tax status document, and driver's license. Our legal department will verify your documentation, and once your application is approved, you can transfer your FlexDeposit to schedule your car delivery.

Your car or motorcycle will be ready for delivery to the dealership. Upon delivery, you'll need to pay your first monthly payment.

Absolutely. You can return it anytime, as long as you notify us at least 20 days before your intended return date.

If your payment is overdue, you will receive a reminder via phone call, WhatsApp, and email. If the amount is not settled within the next 3 days, you will need to return the vehicle.

If you exceed the included monthly mileage, additional mileage will be billed at an extra charge of 3.99 MXN + VAT per km.

Yes, you are responsible for the proper use and care of your FlexAuto vehicle, both while driving and when parked. At the end of the lease, the vehicle's wear and tear must not exceed normal usage levels, and the vehicle must be free of damage.

If damage exceeds normal wear and tear, you will be responsible for covering the repair costs.

You decide. You can keep your car for as long as you need, return it with 20 days' advance notice, or renew every 2 years FOR FREE!

Notify us at least 20 days in advance. There are no early cancellation penalties, but if the vehicle is returned with damage, you will be billed for the repair costs.

We have cars available for immediate delivery starting from 24 business hours. Once your FlexDeposit payment is validated, we will schedule delivery as soon as possible based on dealership delivery times or inventory status. Upon car delivery, you must settle your 1st monthly fee.

You must pay your FlexDeposit, which equals 2 monthly fees of the authorized vehicle. Upon delivery of the car, you must settle your 1st monthly fee.

The FlexDeposit is a one-time payment made before the contract begins. It equals 2 monthly lease payments and can be refunded under the following conditions:

• Credited back to your account after 36 months of leasing (without payment delays).

• If you renew your vehicle after month 24, you won't need to pay another FlexDeposit to choose a new car, even if it is in a higher category; only your monthly fee will change.

Yes. In case you have an approved application but don't have the full amount for the FlexDeposit and monthly fee to drive off, you can reserve your Car for up to 15 days—freeze the car and its price so that, as soon as possible, you complete the payment of your FlexDeposit and 1st monthly fee to drive off.

Always remember to validate our bank accounts. Reservation amounts are fixed. Cars and SUVs: $5,000 MXP.

Once we have your car ready for delivery, if you do not complete your payment after 15 days have passed, your reservation deposit will not be refundable and the selected car will be released; in case you resume your process later, we will take it into consideration.

No. With FlexAuto, you know exactly what you're paying from day one.

Sometimes, certain models aren't available for immediate delivery. In such cases, we offer two options:

Temporary Car: Your sales advisor can share the current inventory of available cars so you don't lose mobility while waiting for your desired vehicle to arrive.
Reservation without a Temporary Car: If you wish to reserve your car but don't need a temporary one, simply settle your FlexDeposit to lock in the price and guarantee availability; as soon as the car is ready, it will be delivered to the corresponding dealership.

For your security, we will send you a CFDI (official tax receipt) upon payment. Additionally, if FlexAuto has not yet paid the dealership for the selected car and you decide to cancel the process, we will refund your FlexDeposit.

Yes. FlexAuto is available to anyone who holds the required driver's licence, so there is no issue if you are a young or newly licensed driver.

FlexAuto offers a wide range of vehicles, all of which were purchased directly by us; this eliminates the risk of vehicles with fraudulent documentation. Every vehicle has been verified and fully complies with current regulatory standards.

The necessary documents to lease a FlexAuto are:

- Last 3 payslips and the most recent tax return
- Official identification
- Driver's license
- Proof of Address


For Companies / Legal Entities:
- Incorporation bylaws and POA of legal representative
- Tax status certificate
- Latest balance sheet
